Terms and conditions.
Overview
All renters and additional drivers must be over the age of 25 years, however, the maximum age is 75 years. All renters must have a valid driver’s license in their name. Persons with learners’ or instructional permits does not qualify to rent our vehicles. Underage drivers are NOT ALLOWED! Renter’s spouse or domestic partner who meet the same age and driver’s license requirements of the renter are authorized to drive our vehicles at no additional charge. Any additional authorized drivers must appear at the time of rental and meet age and driver’s license requirements. In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver’s license and credit card on a main driver’s name. When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation. An additional charge of $15 per day for each additional authorized driver will be added to the cost of the rental.
Collision Damage Waiver{CDW}
Collision Damage Waiver(CDW) is not insurance in any case. The Purchase of CDW is totally optional and is not required to rent a vehicle from us.
The renter may purchase optional CDW for an additional fee during the booking process online. If you purchase CDW we agree, subject to the actions that invalidate CDW listed in our terms and conditions and rental agreement, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, theft, loss of De’Asia’s Enterprise Car Rental vehicle. CDW does not apply to damage occurring outside of Eleuthera the Bahamas. The cost of CDW IS $55.00 TO $550.00 Per Day depending on the type of vehicle.
Roadside Assistance.
Renters may purchase Roadside Assistance from the Owner for an additional fee on our website before checking out. If the Renter purchase Roadside assistance, the Owner agrees Subject to the actions that invalidate the contract, to contractually waive Renter’s responsibility for the cost to provide 24/7 roadside assistance (where available) Which includes, flat tire service ( if no inflated spare is available, the vehicle will be towed or the tire will be replaced on the spot) the cost of replacement tire is not included in roadside assistance, the cost of a replacement tire starts at $120. The cost of a bent, crack or broken rim is not covered by roadside assistance, The cost to repair or replace a rim starts at $250. Lockout service (if the keys are locked in the vehicle) Jumpstarts and fuel delivery up to 3 gallons if vehicle is out of fuel. Key replacement cost is not covered by Roadside Assistance. If the Renter does not purchase Roadside Assistance, or Roadside assistance is invalidated as set forth above, Roadside assistance will be available, however, standard charges will apply. If you did not pay for road side assistance. There will be about 2-3 hours wait for road side assistance once out of the North Eleuthera Area. We have to put a team in place to get to you. This is the reason we are only serving the North Eleuthera Areas at this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Refund and Early Return Policy.
Change of plans? Rent with confidence, De’Asias Enterprise does not believe in charging any cancellation fee due to emergencies. We will issue a full refund when you cancel your booking FORTY-EIGHT hours (48hrs) or more before your booking date. Please do not book more than 180 days before arrival. This is to ensure we can send your refundable security deposit back to the credit card payment used in your booking. In the event of an emergency, flight cancellation or natural disaster, you may cancel within TWENTY-FOUR (24HRS) or on the day of your booking with a full refund when proof is provided. For booking made on the same day as pickup date, you may cancel up to ONE HOUR (1HR) after the booking is made with a full refund. All refunds will be sent to the original payment method used. Booking takes 24-48 hours to be approved. Please book in advance for an agent to be awaiting your arrival. If plans change Email or call us at 1(242)422-6599 to cancel !
If you do not cancel within the timelines provided above in paragraph one, you will forfeit your security deposit plus every additional day you failed to notify us on the cancellation of your booking in writing. WhatsApp, Email or Text messages are the only communication methods accepted for cancellations.
Early Return Policy.
No refund will be issued for remaining days on early returns. There is absolutely no refunds on missed days on arrival of your booking if you did not canceled with us.
Fuel Quantity Policy.
You will receive the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. The Vehicle must be returned with a full tank fuel. Failure to refuel the vehicle to the level stated above will forfeit your Security deposit. There will be no exceptions.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the car, in case if there’s then your $300 USD security deposit will be forfeited.
Out of hours service is not available.
